I have spent a lot of time researching projects (over 15) and have finally decided to proceed with Sudara and I don’t regret. Why was this my first choice?

The project location, design, professional approach, reputation of the developer and long-term potential. The project makes sense as an investment vehicle but I also see it as a place for retirement so it must be a mix of not only a reasonable price but also the "wow” feeling.

Visitors will be able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, enjoy a good selection of restaurants, beach clubs, a 10-minute drive from a nice shopping area ...all while being in a clean and relaxed, not overcrowded location. The airport is just 35 minutes away with global connections, hospitals and schools are close.

I expect that unlike in many other local projects that offer "rabbit-sized" room, visitors will feel more relaxed with larger rooms, acommon pool, gym, and coworking area.

We’re absolutely thrilled about our decision to purchase a home in Phuket with Sudara Residences. From the very beginning, the process has been smooth, enjoyable, and truly inspiring.
