Construction Progress
Main construction is already underway with our partner Vasi Company, with over 30 years of construction experience in Phuket, with an impressive portfolio including Andara Villas, Amanpuri, Twin Palms and more.
We have recently achieved several important milestones. The piling work has been completed, laying a strong foundation for the upcoming phases of the project.
At the same time, we are in the process of completing the two construction management offices on-site, which will serve as the operational hub for our team throughout the build.
Additionally, efforts are underway to stabilize the road access within the project area. This improvement is critical to ensure the safe and efficient arrival of excavators and other heavy machinery needed for the next stages of construction.
Our team remains focused on maintaining a smooth workflow while adhering to high safety and quality standards.
